PCG Legendary Focus Group Heading to Galveston
Ladies and Gentlemen in Pawnland!
PCG is Proud to announce that we have officially inducted another well rounded Pawn professional into the PCG arena’ of Consultants.
We have added Brian Garrett out of Clute Texas of Tom’s Pawn to the arsenal of Pawn Pro’s to our collective of professionals in our corral.
Brian has grown up in the industry much like I have as a second generation pawnbroker. He graduated from Sam Houston State University with a degree in Business Management back in 2000. He is married with two beautiful girls that will also soon be daddy’s helpers in the Pawn world.
Today Brian is the VP of operations overseeing 4 stores with another one in the works. Tom’s Pawn has been operational since the early 70’s and Brian grew up in the Pawn business as a youngster and as a young professional.
Some years back when PCG had the opportunity to work with Tom’s Pawn and the family, I could see early on that Brian not only got it, he ran with it and then some!
To date Brian has tasked a number of client needs for PCG from significant audit activities with some of our growing client base along with active participation in our ongoing work-shops, management camps and now famed International Pawn Symposiums.
Brian volunteered early on with our ongoing mentoring programs and development of these high level programs and systems that we have been developing for quite some time. We have had numerous clients that have mentored in his operations in south Texas as well as him providing an even wider array of mentoring services to our ongoing client base on site in their stores.
Recently Brian just finished a one week stint with clients of ours up in Oklahoma. CD Hale of Cash for Gold in OK told me it was the best money he ever invested in his business next to working with PCG and wished he could have Brian for another month!
