PCG International Pawn Focus Group heading to Aruba
PCG is proud to announce that we are kicking off our Spring Session of our Annual Focus Group meetings in Aruba the week of May the 11th – 15th. This journey takes us down to the beautiful country for our case profile and study of LaEstrella and Aruba Crown.
Boris Cybul who is the founder of the group in Aruba has been a client of PCG’s for many years and was one of the early instigators of creating this particular focus group with PCG.
This is the beginning of the 4th year for this Peer Group and we have achieved some amazing results from our members and the many participants who have worked within the groups over the years.
To date we have conducted our Peer Group meetings in a number of countries and across the USA. Our group adventures have taken us to Colombia, Canada, California, South Carolina, Arkansas, Texas and now Aruba.
Peer Groups offer a unique way to study others in the industry both big and small, share and learn best practices, critique operations in a real time format with group participants with a wide range of views and business acumen, and witness up close and up front how others do it in an open environment conducive to share and criticize how all the members go about this thing we call business.
The spring meeting of the PCG International Pawn Focus Group is being hosted by the 4-Diamond Hyatt Regency Resort & Hotel in Aruba. Most recently the King and Queen of Holland just stayed down that way and promises to deliver up the high-quality resume of services and support that so many PCG clients and followers have become accustomed to through our global practices and events.

The schedule for our Peer Group for the Spring Session (May 11th – 15th) is as follows:

Our groups meet two times per year in a member’s market area. The Peer Group functions begin with store tours followed up by two days of open sessions and critiques amongst all the members. Each hosting group presents their “best practices” during the tours and during the sessions. These are engaged with all the practices along with the financial results of all areas of each members operations in live open format educational group sessions.
We emphasize the necessity of brutal honestly amongst our members and have witnessed it very well over the years. All of our members indicate they gain “take a ways” from every member, every stop, and every group session we have. Many of our Peer Members have developed great friendships and business networking relationships and more as a result of their participation in the groups.

PCG – Symposium Conference & Trade Show 2016
PCG is proud to announce that we are taking our Pawn Symposium concepts that we produced back in 2011 and 2012 in the Cayman Islands and are expanding and rolling out our 3rd Annual “Symposium Conference & Trade Show in Orlando Florida”
Dates for our 2016 show are May 9th through May 12th and our 2017 dates are May 19th – 22nd.
We have selected the 4 diamond Gaylord Hotel & Resort in Kissimmee Florida as our host property and are looking forward to welcoming our growing community to our latest production series.

Symposium Conference & Trade-Show
Through our combined global efforts PCG has developed a variety of colleagues and clients from a wide range of folks in the Pawn space and other industries. Those would include alternative finance groups, jewelry operations, rent to own, music industry, gun industry, second-hand dealers, buy sell operations, game industry, Law enforcement, and technology relationships to name a few.
PCG feels compelled to be the “first comer” in attracting a new format for the trade-show productions not only for our beloved industry but others that share similar needs or perhaps future business options.
We will be offering up a wide-range of high level educational series programs all geared to expanding business acumen, providing more access to other opportunities and integrate with other business professionals up close and up front.
PCG will begin pre-selling the event for 2016 beginning now. Individual attendance to the event will be $395 per person and will include all activities of the event itself.
We will be offering a $100 pre-registration discount per attendee that will run till October 1st for any of the early birds who would like to save some money and secure their spot for the show.
The Resort has provided us with a standard room rate of $169 per night at the property. We do have a block or rooms secured and are anticipating a sellout of this block. We do suggest pre-registration with PCG to guarantee space.
