That’s Right, Pawnshop Consulting Group‘s Legendary Pawn Peer Focus Groups is descending on to one of California’s major cities for our spring/summer gathering of 2025 in Anaheim California!

This Pawn Peer Group is in its 13th year of its cycle, and is returning to see one of our long term members, Mega Pawn owned and operated by the one and only, Scott Tiemann and his (3) store group operating in California.

Scott Tiemann has been intently focused on growing their multi-store group and represents one of the premier operations in Southern California.

Together pawn operators learn, observe, and critique each other while sharing best practices. Over the past 13 years, members have become great friends that travel together, work together, network together, and even vacation together.

PCG Peer Focus Groups offer an opportunity to become accountable to your fellow pawn industry peers withing the group with a heightended level of accountability which is unmatched by any other system or network in the Pawn Industry today.

Our schedule of activities for the Spring/Summer Focus Group gathering in Anaheim California IS as follows:

Preliminary Schedule for Anaheim California

• June 1st Arrival – Anaheim Marriott Suites, 12015 Harbor Boulevard, Garden Grove CA 92840 714-383-6022 – Sunday evening Cocktail Social in House

• June 2nd Monday – Breakfast 9 – 10AM – Dining Room for All Events Crystal A – C, First Floor, next to Crystal D for Meeting

  • Members can have a field day on this day on their own (Disney) or whatever, 

  • Noon – Travel to Scott Tiemanns’ House (social day) 

• June 3^rd – Tuesday – Breakfast 8-9AM – Crystal A – C

  • 9:15 AM – Bus Departure from Front of Hotel – Anaheim Marriott Suites, 12015 Harbor Boulevard, Garden Grove CA 92840 714-383-6022

  • 9:45 AM – Westminster Mega Pawn – 7095 Westminster Blvd 92683

  • 10:45 AM – Back on Bus – off to Mega Pawn Azusa 1028 W. Gladstone, 91702

  • 12:15 PM – Back on Bus Head to Dukes Huntington Beach for Lunch

  • 2:30 PM – Back on Bus to Mega Pawn 11031 Central Ave, 91762

  • 4:00 PM – Back on Bus to Hotel

  • 7:00 PM – Dinner Off Property TBD

  • Meetings to be held in Crystal D room, First Floor

  • 9:00 – 9:30 AM – Salutations – Member introductions for new Petitioner (Moris Adato)

  • 9:30 – 11:15 AM – Financial Metrics – Mega Pawn
